So, hair dye.
Chemicals are apparently bad. will wreak all sorts of havock with my scalp, my delicate folicles and the enviroment. But they take half an hour and full coverage is usually attained.

natural dyes. They smell like compost and look like water foul poop. They take best part of the day and often, application is tricky, so you end up with brown roots atop your black ends. it's a pain in the rear.
It's that time again. dye time.
I'm two hours in an i fear that wenesdays mistakes will be repeated and i will remain two tone. It must be blackend out. Like an over aged emo.

And like any over old emo, i have adopted a sexy anglepoise lamp from freecycle. Now i can sew into the evening without my eyes getting upset and falling out.

I'm going for tea now.
Then do something more productive than looking at hefner videos on you tube. and japanese spiderman. This will never get my sewing finished. nor my tea drunk.

Last day of work...
Back to not working next week.
I am going to swollow what was left of my pride and conact the agency who abandoned me after the nspcc fiasco. bastards.
Agencies are terribly fickle. They stop calling you at very little provication. OK, so being dropped like a hot child abuser by the nspcc after two weeks wasn't great. But It wasn't all my fault! Just mostly. Prehaps a Y chromosone would have helped...prehaps not bleating like some stupid lost goat would have helped. Prehaps is no friend of mine.

Spiderman 3 comes out today. Joy... it's taken a long time...I've been waiting for this day for about two and a half years. At least with no job to bother me i can see it everyday. and it's a good excuse to read about Spidey, his buddies and his foes in Wiki. Where you learn things you never really needed to knoe, but i will obviosuly retain for prosperity, Important info...
Such as this nugget about Aunt May, in the begining- when Stan Lee was nowt but a man with a dream of a nerd and a spider..she was quite a feisty old lady, then when Steve Ditko stopped writing for the comic she reverted in to a hammy old stereotype of an old lady- a bit dim, a bit judgemental and always getting herself in the way of a passing supervillain.
But Ultimate Aunt May has stopped such foolishness.

I joined E music, in the hope that it will curb my download lust. If i pay subs and have a limit I might behave myself and not waste all my money on clicking. Again might, the common cousin of prehaps.
But i now have more David and the Citzens, Bloc Party and some quite fantastic swedish indiepop.
next week i will craft up a storm.

So, we all know the trains are just a little, smidgey bit rubbish, overcrowded, late and in the case of virgin trains, inmproved with the delicate scent of urine. I'm currently in the employement of Transport 2000, who campaign for better railways, more investment and a better service for rail users (and it's better for the enviroment).

I brought a can of soup in for my lunch today.
Sainsburys basics vegtable soup- about twenty pence.
It's allright. But it stained the bowl a toxic orange colour. It earned points for pearl barley.

I made a super hothot spicyspicy chilli this morning.

Then I walked into and all the way back from Hammersmith.

It's been a boring sort of day really, but, if my chilli is very hot, then maybe it'll kill me. Then there will be no more boring days.

Today I learnt…..

Now all that is left to do is wait for Stuart to come home, he’s bringing gin. Gin is good.

And if the chilli is terrible, then maybe we won’t notice.

Someone has been messing with the settings on the computer.
Now things look really strange.
Not impressed with this.

There is just empty space down the right hand side of the screen.
I'm a bit hesitent to mess with the settings as this might just make the problem worse.

Today...
I couldn't find my job seekers/dole scum booklet.
This made me late. Actually what made me late was looking for the pissing thing that they never usually look at.
But all was well. I have an interview on friday. Which i may have to cancel. I cannot for the life of me work out why i applied for a job which is admin and finance assistant. I must have been tired, lightheaded. stupid? yeah thats the one.

But i might get to spend five weeks doing customer services for the council. Which is five weeks not doing nothing, and money for christmas. So maybe do temping a while then sort out the rest of my life next year. Fnuck.

Bev and i went for a swim today. I didn't drown. It was bloomin tough though. I may do more, just so long as the mother with the horrid staring child stops it giving Bev and I the cold dead eyed gaze. You'd have thought it'd had never seen small chubby girls/young women/bev and me in swimming caps and goggles before. Yeah we looked the hotness.

Mrs Hockley and i sat a typing/data entry test at Weststaff recruitment. I reverse my numbers so much. so dyslexic. another reason why finance is not the avenue down which i should be skipping. Fecket

And then i gave blood. I lost my sticker though. But you all still have to be nice to me. I think free tea and biscuits is about the best bribe ever. Give me a pack of digestives and a mug of tea and you can take all the blood you want. Mebbe i could work for the blood service, I'm not particularly squeemish and i'd get to stab people in the arm with needles. Hmmm power of pain?

Finally hmv have shipped the Zea album.
now it's the long, lonely and tedious wait for electroblipindie joy.
It's a long road. Filled with warty skinned goblins and deep pot holes filled with stinking water.
At the end a cd. After all that all you get is a cd.
